Hellfueled"Hellfueled" formed back in Huskvarna, Sweden 1998. Jocke and Kent had known each other for along time and they both jammed together since the eearly 90s, Andy and Jocke met in high school and both bonded with an interest in beer drinking and classic heavy metal. They contacted Henke and ask him if he wanted to play rhythm guitar in a band. Henke liked the idea and hooked up with the rest of the guys, and a band was born.

Back then their influences were heavier music like Entombed and Cathedral. Back then Hellfueled used to be called "Below", thats the name they recorded there first demo under. “Magnetic Fields” from the demo was played in a big Swedish radio show and got a great response. Just when everything felt great, a band in New York contacted the guys and told them to change the name of the band.

The guys all sat down and came up with the new band name "Firebug". Then they moved on with the recording of their second demo called “Firebug”. Then another band from USA threatened with a lawsuit if they didn’t change their name. So they all sat down again and came up with "Hellfueled". They recorded a third and a fourth demo during 1999 and 2000. Nothing really happened except, more air play and more demos being recorded, in 2003 the band finally got what they deserved, they signed with “Black Lodge” and recorded their debut album “Volume One” in Studio Fredman in Gothenburg.

Once their debut got released, they recieved amazing reviews from everywhere Europe/Japan. Later that year the band was noimnated and won "Best Newcommer Of The Year" by the readers of Germanys biggest metal magazine Rock Hard. Later on that year they got the chance to be special guest to "Europe" when they did their reunion tour. They played big arenas all over Scandinavia and got loads of new fans.
